Villa Manciano is a very typical old stone House that was supposed to be also an elementary school about 100 years ago, for the kids of the rural Manciano area. The property is more than 3 acres (12.000 sq. meters) located in the strategical area of the Chiana Valley , near Cortona.

The restoring has been finished in July 2006 to welcome our Guest and we are really proud of the result. More than 200 Olive trees surround the house. We restored 4 nice Apartments for 2 to 6 Persons with independent entries, private Patio for relaxing or eating and reserved park places.


In Manciano, the fraction where the Villa is positioned, was born a famous "Oscar" Italian actor Roberto Benigni.
The house is situated in a quiet pleasant place and it is also in a perfect location to visit some of the most beautiful places in Tuscany:

Villa Manciano is situated in the commune of Castiglion Fiorentino, in the province of Arezzo. Castiglion Fiorentino is a typical Medieval fortified Village with aprox. 10.000 inhabitants.
The Villa is in the countryside, but not too isolated. At just 5/10 minutes drive you have food stores, supermarkets and many nice and typical restaurants. During summer there are many open air events, and weekly all the year there is the nice town market. The first Sunday (starting Saturday) of every month there is the most famous and biggest Antiques Fair of Italy in Arezzo.

The interior and exterior furnishings are of a high quality.

On the ground floor there are three Apartments: La Torretta, La Limonaia & Il Granaio. Each with a private and independent Entrance, with an exclusive Patio for relax or out dinner.
The big Park and the Garden are offering to you a lot of space for any use: from swimming to reading a book in a "hidden" corner.
On the first floor you find the Apartment Il Fienile (blue) and one Bedroom with a large balcony of La Torretta Apartment (yellow).
Il Fienile has also a very exclusive Patio on the top of the external stair, with a beautiful view.
We try to respect the ancient Architecture and to use to original materials…to recreate the typical Tuscany Atmosphere.
The large Windows and Door-windows give easy external access and they assure a lot of internal light.
